Nearest Airports
Manchester, Leeds/Bradford and Nottingham East Midlands airports are all about an hour's travel time from Sheffield. Robin Hood Airport near Doncaster is around 30 minutes away by car. Manchester Airport is served by many domestic and international carriers and has a direct rail link to Sheffield both day and night.
Both London airports (Heathrow and Gatwick) are reasonably accessible by rail with just one change of train. We recommend you to allow at least four hours travel time between either of these airports and Sheffield.

- Manchester Airport(RECOMMENDED) - An hours drive in taxi from Sheffield. The airport has easy access to rail and taxies. The rail tickets can be bought at the train station in the airport. - Robin Hood Airport - Doncaster and Sheffield - On arriving at Robin hood Airport, a regular airport branded dedicated shuttle service, the Airport Arrow, operates hourly and can bring passengers & visitors to and from the Doncaster Rail Station. Doncaster Railway Station is a major stop on the East Coast Main Line and as a result it provides a frequent rail service linking to various other networks.
