Installer build

make distrib

create u:\gate

copy all from BIN|DOCS distrib into u:\gate
remove all CVS dirs


create u:\gate\misc
copy gate\src\gate\resources\img\gate[Icon|Splash].gif into u:\gate\misc
copy gate\build\deploy\GateInstall.jar into u:\gate\misc


make sure *.sh are in unix format
make sure *.bat are in DOS format


build installers using gate\build\deploy\gate2.iap
replace the install.htm page with the one from build/deploy


TEST THE INSTALLERS ON WINDOWS AND LINUX (at least)

- for Windows - make sure u're installing it in a directory *with* spaces
- for Linux - make sure u're *not* installing as root

make the following 4 tests:

1. win/web install
2. win - executable install
3. linux/web install
4. linux/shell script install
