Third GATE Training Course, August 30th-September 3rd 2010, Montreal, Canada
The third GATE training course will take place in Montreal, Canada, from August 30th to September 3rd 2010. This event will follow the format of the earlier May 2010 course, but with the addition of a new training track covering linked data and ontologies.
- Track 1: Introduction to GATE and Text Mining
- Track 2: Programming in GATE
- Track 3: Advanced GATE
- Track 4: Linked Data and Ontologies Track
Registration is now open. Please download the registration form, fill it in and send it back to gate-fig@lists.dcs.shef.ac.uk, specifying the track you wish to sign up for.

The registration fees

Registration deadline has been extended till Fri 20 August
The registration fee includes registration, welcome event, information pack, coffee breaks, and a social evening event. It does not include accommodation, lunchtime and dinner meals.
Certification
We now offer a certification programme. September's event offers the opportunity to be examined in modules of your choice, at a discounted rate:
- Students £75
- Academics £200
- Commercial 350
The examination is held at the end of the week and allows time for candidates to attempt four modules.
